The patented hydraulic actuated tubing and casing cutter gives the capability of running through smaller diameter restrictions and cutting larger inside diameters. The three blade design provides stability and self centralization. This allows for a more even as well as a full cylindrical cut, even when the operation is initiated on the "low side" of the hole. Blade deployment and size are capable of cutting through the collar O.D. should depth correlation be difficult to establish.
